Livonia platform Friend Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Effective: 1. January, 2024 – December 31, 2024
Thank you for participating in the Livonia platform Friend Referral Program. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before referring friends to ensure a clear understanding of the program guidelines.
Program Duration:
The Livonia Referral Program is valid from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
Participation Eligibility:
Any verified Investor on Livonia (referred to as “User”) can participate in the Referral Program during the specified timeframe. To participate, the User needs to generate a unique Promo Code within their Livonia account.
Referral Reward:
Both the User and the referred party will receive a EUR 20 Reward if the referred party invests at least EUR 300 within 60 days after registering on Livonia. The Reward will be paid in EUR in a single installment on the day following the fulfillment of all conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Income Tax on Bonuses:
Income tax on bonuses received applies and is deducted for bonuses paid to Latvian tax residents only. Non-Latvian residents are responsible for paying taxes on received bonuses in accordance with the laws of their respective countries.
Unlimited Referrals:
Users can refer an unlimited number of parties, and they will receive the Reward for each referred party that meets the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Promo Code Usage:
Users may use their Livonia Promo Code solely according to the Referral Program’s Terms and Conditions. Usage of the Promo Code in ways that may be considered unfair commercial practices, such as paid promotions or sharing with random individuals, is prohibited. Each Livonia-generated Promo Code is unique for each User and may not be modified.
Eligibility of Referred Parties:
All referred parties must be new verified Investors on Livonia and must not already have an existing Livonia account. Users are prohibited from referring themselves or creating accounts primarily for the purpose of collecting referral Rewards. Users breaching these terms will be disqualified from the Referral Program and will not receive the Reward.
Breach Notification:
If Livonia identifies a breach of the Referral Program’s Terms and Conditions and notifies the User, the User must immediately cease participation in the program.
Governing Law:
Legal relations arising from the Referral Program will be governed by the Terms and Conditions published on Livonia at the time the referred party submits the Registration Application with the Promo Code in the “Merchant ID” field.
Changes to Terms:
Livonia reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program without individual notification to Users and/or referred parties.
