Livonia is a P2B platform where investors can invest in a business in Latvia.
We provide investment options: loans, real estate and forestry loans with an average interest of 13.68% p.a.
Our history
Livonia was launched in the summer of 2023 by Didzis Pogulis who owns a successful renewable energy company from Latvia with annual revenue of 69 million and 11 million equity.
All business projects are issued by loan originator Zs “Kazeri”, a company owned by the Livonia platform CEO.

10+ years of experience in marketing and advertising. Since 2014, she has been working for Zs Kazeri, which is the legal entity of the Livonia platform. She is responsible and pays attention to the information that investors receive.
